What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming, right?
If you understand the language of the mind correctly, you can take a person who is going through trauma, panic attacks, or emotional disturbance and help them come out of it in just three minutes. ⏱️
Yes — three minutes.
Today, I want to show you how to transform negative emotions into positive emotions in just three minutes.

A negative memory or emotion that has been disturbing you for 10 or even 20 years… and you’re able to change how you feel about it in just 3 minutes.

What Exactly Is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
-
Neuro – Your brain and neurons
-
Linguistic – The language your brain understands
-
Programming – How experiences get stored
Your brain understands experiences through VAK:
-
Visual (what you see)
-
Auditory (what you hear)
-
Kinesthetic (what you feel)
If you understand this language correctly, you can change any emotional experience in minutes.
That’s why people who learn NLP are able to come out of depression, panic, fear, and trauma — because for the first time in their life, they know how to reprogram their neurons 🧩.
And no — you don’t need to be special.
Anybody can learn this. Everyone is special.
A Simple NLP Exercise You Can Do Right Now 🪄
Let’s do this together.
1️⃣ Think of a person who emotionally bothers you.
Someone who affects you at an 8 or 9 level on a scale of 1 to 10.
2️⃣ Notice what happens inside:
-
What image do you see?
-
What voice or words do you hear?
-
What feeling do you experience in your body?
That combination is what’s disturbing you.
Now let’s change it.
The Joker Technique 🤡
Visualize a joker clearly:
-
Red nose
-
Colorful dress
-
Funny hair
-
Big smile
Now close your eyes.
👉 Imagine that same disturbing person wearing the joker’s dress
👉 Add bright colors
👉 Add funny makeup
👉 Let them talk — but in a cartoon or Donald Duck voice 🦆
👉 Imagine them behaving ridiculously
Now open your eyes.
Think of something neutral (like what you had for breakfast).
This breaks the emotional pattern.
Now think of that person again.
Most people notice:
👉 The emotional intensity drops
👉 They stop taking the person seriously
👉 The disturbance is gone or greatly reduced
Why?
Because your brain cannot feel fear or anger when the image feels funny instead of serious.
You didn’t change the person.
You changed the representation in your mind.
And when representation changes — emotion changes ✨
