The gratitude technique is a powerful technique that can help you harness the Law of Attraction and attract more positive vibrations into your life. Here are some steps to follow:

  1. Start your day with 10 random gratitude: When you wake up in the morning, take a few moments to feel thankful for everything that you have in your life. This could be anything from your Health, Relationship, Career and Money area.  Example – Thank you god for keeping me alive and giving another day to live. Thank you for good night sleep. Thank you alarm for waking me up on time, etc.
  2. During the day, be present to your thoughts, say thank you for everything you are receiving.
  3. During the day, whenever you are low or felt any negativity, simply catch yourself and replace it with gratitude for anything you have that moment. It can be as simple as having air to breath, water to drink, working organs, etc..
  4. Keep a gratitude journal: At night, before you go off to sleep write down things that you are grateful for today. Go through the sequence of the day and write down random gratitude for the things/activities happened during the day.
  5. Last but not the least: Whenever things dont go your way, say thank you for that situation and attraction because when things dont happen as per your wish, it happens as per Universe's wish. My mentor Nithya Shanti says "There are no errors in the universe".

This way you are starting your day with gratitude and ending your day with gratitude. This will process in your mind entire night and will vibrate at positive vibrations and bring loads of positivity.

Gratitude is the simplest law of attraction technique but it is indeed a most powerful technique. Even if you do not follow any other technique of Law of Attraction and just have attitude of Gratitude, your life will transform positively.
