How to make affirmations?

Affirmations is a super powerful technique of manifestation. We can reprogram our subconscious mind with positive affirmations and manifest our dreams very easily.

Today I am going to share few simple steps of making perfect affirmations…

  1. Identify and create clear goals/dreams for Health, Relationship, Career and Money for yourself.
  2. Write down those goals in present tense, as if it is already achieved. Example – I have already reached office on time. Or My meeting was super successful.
  3. Keep it simple and positive. Example – I have lost 5 kilo weight in last 2 months.
  4. Do not use negative words like – I want to be debt free instead say I have surplus money.
  5. Be very specific of when you are writing your goals/dreams. example - I am happily and easily making 10,000 rupees per month. 
  6. Last but not the least – add feelings. Instead of just saying “I have lost 5 kilo” say “ I am super happy I have lost 5 Kilo, I look so beautiful, I am so proud of myself”.
  7. Write down all affirmations.
  8. Read these affirmations with feelings at least twice a day.

Summary - Affirmations should be specific to you, clear, positive, present tense and simple. Add feelings while reading these affirmations, bring smile.
