The Law of Attraction has become a popular topic in recent years, thanks to the success of books like "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. The basic premise of the Law of Attraction is that like attracts like – that is, we attract into our lives what we focus our thoughts and energy on.
While the Law of Attraction may seem like a mystical concept, it is actually grounded in the principles of quantum physics. According to quantum physics, everything in the universe is made up of energy – including our Feelings, Thoughts and Beliefs. This energy vibrates at different frequencies, and these frequencies attract similar frequencies.
So, when we focus our feelings and thoughts on something positive, we emit a high-frequency energy and positive vibrations that attracts more positive experiences into our lives. Conversely, when we focus on negative feelings and thoughts, we emit a low-frequency energy and negative vibrations that attracts more negative experiences.
The Law of Attraction works when we align our Feelings, Thoughts, Beliefs and Action with what we want to manifest in our life. This is why visualization is such an important part of the Law of Attraction – when we visualize ourselves already having what we want, we create a positive energy that attracts it to us.
In order to use the Law of Attraction effectively, it is important to focus on what you want, rather than what you don't want.
