6 Simple Steps to Use the Law of Attraction for Better Mental Health

Woke social media posts have made us believe that...

 

It's normal to feel "off" every now and then...

 

It's normal to feel "left out".

 

It's normal to feel unsafe.

 

It's not normal to keep feeling that way for a prolonged period of time.

It's a sign that we need to take vigilantly.

 

Your mental health is very important. If it's not at it's optimum then don't take it lightly.

 

You need to make some changes....

 

Many people struggle with this.

But what if there was a way to calm the storm?

 

As always, the Law of Attraction can help.

 

You already know that your Feelings, Thoughts, Beliefs and actions shape your life.

 

OR FTBA as I’d like to call it.

 

We pull into our lives what we FTBA.

 

So how can we use this law to “feel better”? 

 

Here are seven easy steps to improve your mental health using the law of attraction:

 

  1.   Say Good Things to Yourself 

Good words can make you feel better.

 

 A study shows that saying good things to yourself can lower stress. 

 

Start by noticing bad thoughts, like:

“I’m so bad at this..”

 

“I’m just embarrassing myself here..”

 

Then, change them into good ones, like:

 

“I’m pretty sure I’ll learn this quickly”

 

“I will get comfortable with more practice”

 

Say these good things to yourself every day. 

 

  1. Picture Good Things

 

Seeing good things in your mind can help make them real. 

 

Research shows that this can guide you towards your goals. 

 

Imagine vividly a:

 

  • A healthy and fit body
  • A loving & compatible relationship
  • Lots of money in the bank
  • A fulfilling career

Find a quiet place. Close your eyes. See yourself with all the good things in life. Feel the good feelings that come with this picture. Do this for a few minutes each day. 

 

  1. Be Thankful 

 

Being thankful can make you feel happier. 

 

A study found that thankfulness makes you happier.

 

Every morning, write down three things you are thankful for. 

 

They don't have to be big things.

  1. Practice Staying in the Moment 

 

Staying in the moment can keep ground.

 

I don’t need to tell you how important meditation is.

 

You don’t need fancy meditation apps or classes.

 

If you can’t meditate…

 

Take ten minutes each day to sit quietly. Breathe deeply. Focus on nothing but the breath.

 

You’re good to go :) 

 

  1.   Take Steps Towards Your Goals   

This is for the A in the FTBA.

The Law of Attraction isn't just about good thoughts. 

 

It's also about doing things that help reach your goals.

 

Most people miss that part of the law of attraction.

 

Every day, do at least one thing that gets you closer to your goals.

 

The feeling of moving forward in life will do wonders to your mental health. 

 

  1. Take Care of Yourself 

 

Taking care of yourself gives your subconscious mind the message that you are worth investing in.

 

 Exercise, healthy food, self-education- these three are good places to start taking care of yourself.

 

Take out your time & money to invest in this basic self-care.

 

Don’t ever deny yourself these 3 basic self-care.

 

You are human, you need care to thrive.

 

Make self-care a part of your daily routine.
