To start your mastery training, you MUST first complete the Basic Law of Attraction Training as Lesson 1. You will not understand many things in the following lessons if you don't complete the basic training.

Clarity Exercise
After watching this video lesson make sure you do the Clarity Exercise. Think, make a choice and write down exactly what do you want to attract in your life.
If you don't choose your own frequency, then you can't control what you attract. So take the time today to write affirmations for all areas of your life. Here are some examples of clarity affirmations for Health, Relationships, Money & Career.
To be a Master of LOA you must always have Clarity of what you want.

Do this exercise tonight or maximum tomorrow. After you write your affirmations, print multiple copies of your Clear Life Attractions and display them in multiple places in your house.

Lesson 3
LOA Lifestyle
Simply reading books or practicing once in awhile is not enough. If you want to be a true Magician in this world of Magic then you must make LOA your Lifestyle. Perfection is not as important as Consistency, so don't worry about doing it perfectly just practice LOA every day consistently.
It takes 10,000 Hours of Practice to Master anything and this applies to the Law of Attraction too.
Here are 3 simple practices that you need to make a part of your daily lifestyle:
- Start every morning and sleep every night with a Visualization or Reading Affirmation exercise.
- During the entire day Live as if you already have it. Don't block your frequency by feeling or talking negatively. Maintain your clear and positive frequency the whole day, this is very critical.
- Use Manifestation a few minutes before every important task you do. Either do visualization or say an affirmation like it's already done. Just make sure you feel like it's already done and then start what you need to do.
Lesson 4
Feeling Frequency Control
Remember that our Feelings are vibrations with a particular frequency. By law it attracts its exact matching frequency to you. If you are feeling negative it will attract negative frequency towards you from all directions of life.
So it is important to take control of your feeling frequency, here are some advanced tips:
- Interrupt Negative Feelings
- Reinforce Positive Feelings
Before I explain these advanced steps, here is some preparation you need to do. To Regulate your feelings you must be Aware of what and when you are feeling. So first make a list of 15 positive and negative emotions, here is a ready list for you but feel free to add to this list.
NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

- Helpless

- Hopeless
- Inferior
- Lack
- Guilty
- Fear
- Confused
- Angry
- Frustrated
- Failure
- Bored
- Lazy
POSITIVE EMOTIONS

- Responsible

- Clear
- Calm
- Satisfaction
- Successful
- Excited
- Active/Energetic
Now which of these negative emotions do you feel during the day, how many times and when. Once you have the Awareness of these emotions then you can apply step 1 of control your feelings.
Interrupt your Negative Feelings - You can interrupt your negative emotions simply by replacing them with positive emotions of your desire.
Reinforce Positive Feelings - To do this, Anchor your desired positive emotions. Any action and feeling memorized together is called an Anchor. For example listening to a song as action may trigger a particular feeling, this is what I call an Anchor.
All you have to do is think of the Action and rehearse feeling the positive feeling. The more you rehearse it, the more you memorize it, the more it becomes your new positive frequency.
In-fact do any activity during the day to experience your desired positive feelings. Listen to a song or do some workout, or smile in the mirror and say "I Love You" or say Thank You for something you have, etc.
Just do what it takes to practice the new positive feelings in order to change your frequency. Make sure you watch the above video and do the exercise as described. If you have any questions just post them on the FB Group.

Lesson 5
Our Thoughts are the most potent form of Energy. It is also the most powerful and the fastest form of energy in the Universe. If you learn to take control of your thoughts, you can take control of your frequency and thus you can take control of what you attract in your life.
But in order to take control of your Thoughts you must become Water instead of Fire.
Fire Believes - Others are Responsible for what I feel and think, others need to change for me to change.
Water Believes - I am Responsible for the way I feel and think, if I change, I can change my world.
Fire has no choice but to burn when others come with fire. Water can absorb fire and yet remain water.
Fire does not have a choice but to burn, Water always has a Choice.
So become Water and start believing what water believes: I am Responsible for the way I feel and think, if I change i can change my world.
Only when you complete this first step of taking responsibility can you take control of your thoughts.
Then the 2nd step is to practice the creativity to create your own thoughts, Innovate your own thoughts.
The purpose of thoughts is to make you happy, then why not innovate and create thoughts that can make you happy.
The formula is simple - S + M = E. Which means Situations + Meanings = Emotions.
In every situation of your life, practice these 2 steps to master the law of attraction:
- Take Responsibility for your thoughts
- Create your own Thoughts to control your own Attraction.

Primary Questions
In this video you will learn about a technique that can give you dramatic control over your feelings. It is a technique known to very few people so get ready for another secret of Law of Attraction.
The quality of your Feelings are controlled by the quality of Questions you ask yourself. We all have some primary feelings we feel consistently. These feelings are a result of our primary questions.
Once you recognize and change your primary questions, you can instantly take control over your primary feelings.

Lesson 8
Emotional Action Signal
All our Emotions are a signal to take a certain action. When you don't take the appropriate action, your emotional signal gets stronger and stronger.
Although if you take the appropriate action, your emotional signal disappears. After you watch the above video lesson, make sure you recognize the action required for your emotional signals. Recognize and act on it so that your emotions serve their purpose.

Change Feelings Instantly

Before you start the actual Video Lesson, write down what negative feelings would you like to stop, in which specific situation and which positive feeling would you like to replace it with. Here are some examples for you:-

When we are stuck in a particular negative emotion, it is because we are stuck. We are stuck in what I call a Emotional Habit. There are 2 kind of Emotional Habits:
- Positive Emotional Habits
- Negative Emotional Habits
Once we are stuck in a Negative Emotional Habit, it takes over our life and attracts negative frequency at full speed. Most of us use Will Power to change our feelings but will power can't help you change your feelings, you need to understand what is the science behind it.
Emotional Habits are Made of Things
Remote Trigger-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Emotional Reaction
Whenever the Remote Trigger and Emotional Reaction is practiced for long enough, it becomes an Emotional Habit. All our emotional habits are practiced and thus they are habits.
Our Remote Triggers are made of 3 Things:
- Internal Images
- Internal Dialogue
- External Situations/People
You can either Destroy your Negative Emotional Habits or you can Create new Positive Emotional Habits.
You can Destroy your Negative Emotional Habits by Interrupting the Signal between the Trigger and the Emotional Reaction. If you interrupt the signal long enough, the trigger gets destroyed.
You need to Interrupt and destroy your negative emotional habits because they create negative frequency and negative attractions in your life. So here is how you interrupt them.
Step 1 - Make a Decision to Destroy your Negative Emotional Habit once and for all. Decide to stop living life with that negative emotion. Unless you make a Decision you cannot truly interrupt your negative emotions.
Step 2 - Close your Eyes, recollect your Remote Trigger and quickly Interrupt the signal so it never creates the emotional reaction. Repeat this exercise at-least 5 times without a break.
Now you can interrupt your Trigger using 3 things:
- Internal Imagination
- Internal Dialogue
- Physiology
For an example, think of a person makes you feel upset, close your eyes and imagine this person with a Donald Duck Face. Also add some Internal Dialogue by making him/her talk like Donald Duck. Now change your Physiology by shaking your head rigorously and saying Brrrrrrrr.
If you interrupt the old trigger even 3-4 times, the old emotional reaction does not work simply because the old remote trigger is destroyed. So essentially the negative emotional habit is destroyed.
Similarly you can use your internal imagination, internal dialogue and physiology to create a new positive emotional pattern. Here are some demonstrations of our group members who were present during this recording.

Lesson 10
Awareness-Question-Choice
Did you do your Manifestation for today? If not, do it now and then watch this video.
In order to Take Control of your Thoughts, we must reinforce the following 2 lessons:
- Take Responsibility for your Thoughts - This is the foundation of Law of Attraction and thus I have explained Responsibility in the earlier videos as well. But we have to keep practicing this lesson in order to Master Law of Attraction.
- Change Body State - Control your Body to control your thoughts, this is the fastest way to change your thoughts and feelings.
The more you take responsibility, the more you can change your thoughts. So whenever something negative happens in your life, ask yourself these 2 responsibility questions: What did I do that didn't work for me? What can i do now to change my results?
Now its time to learn about how do you Stop Negative Thoughts and Start Positive Thoughts. There are 3 simple steps that can help you become a master of your thoughts. Here are these 3 simple steps:
- Awareness - In order to change your thoughts, first you must be Aware of your thoughts. So everyday, get used to asking yourself this question: What am i thinking which is creating this feeling or situation in my life? Always keep a list of your negative thoughts so that you can be aware of them.
- Question and Doubt your Thoughts - You don't have to live your life caged in your Negative Thoughts. If you can start doubting these thoughts and make them weak, then you can be free of these negative thoughts and stop them.
- Choice - Now start new thoughts by making a choice. Yes, you can choose your own thoughts and be the controller of your own life frequency. Create thoughts which have never been created before, don't be a follower, be a leader, think something new.
So make a list all your negative thoughts, right now and start doubting them and choose new thoughts to change your frequency now.

Lesson 11
Balanced Thinking
As usual first I want to ask you the most important question: Did you Manifest today? If not first do your manifestation and only then watch this video lesson.
One of the reasons we are unable to control our Thoughts is because we are used to thinking in extremes. Which means, we either think too much positive or we think too much negative.
I call this Imbalanced Thinking.
Life is made of both Positive and Negative. But the moment we get imbalanced and think too positive or we think too negative about anything, we start feeling imbalanced.
A Magician never ignores any frequency, the magician thinks about everything. That is why a Magician can control reality because he accepts and embraces the realty of positive and negative both.
After watching this video lesson do the following exercise: Identify situations or relationships where you feel imbalanced. You will realize that you are either too positive or too negative about them.
If you are too positive, then start writing the negative aspect of it. If you are too negative then start writing the positive aspect of it.
The moment you clearly think about both positive and negative at the same time, you balance your thinking automatically. As a result you start feeling balanced and start attracting a balanced life.
This lesson is not easy, it takes time to understand, so watch the video couple of times. Ask a lot of questions on the Facebook group and I will respond asap.

Changing Belief Frequency
Belief is one of the strongest frequency that creates your life attractions. When you strongly believe in something, you literally create that into reality.
Law of Attraction works on the formula of FTBA as if you already have it. Which you need to Feel, Think, Act and Believe that you already have it.

- What is a Belief and how is it created
- What are the types of Beliefs
- How to change Beliefs
Let's start with What is a Belief & How is it created: A Belief is nothing but just a Thought. But when a thought is repeated multiple times, it becomes a Belief.
For an example, if you tell a Child, you are Bad at Maths and repeat this thoughts many times, it now becomes a Belief. Even though the child has the potential to learn Maths, he/she wont be able interested in Math because of the Belief "I am Bad at Maths"
Thoughts become even stronger when you find references to believe it is True. The more references you find, the more you believe in somehting.
What are the type of Beliefs: There are 2 type pf Beliefs, Limiting/Negative Beliefs and Empowering/Positive Beliefs.
How to Change Beliefs: There are 4 simple steps you can use to change your Beliefs...
- Recognize your Limiting/Negative Beliefs
- Create a New Belief in the form of a Affirmation
- Repeat this new Belief/Affirmation loudly and emotionally until you believe in it
- Find References to realize this Belief is True

Create a High Self-Esteem
This one Video lesson can Double your Happiness in just one day of practice. You will not only learn how to increase the power of your Attraction. But most importantly, you will learn how to be Happy when you are not able to Attract something.
The real Secret behind the Law of Attraction is the Power of your Self Esteem. But most of us don't really understand the complete meaning of Self Esteem. SO let's with that...
What is Self Esteem? - Self Esteem is how you Feel & Think about yourself, irrelevant of what you have or don't have, whom you have or don't have.
Self Esteem can be simply measured on 2 levels: Low Esteem and High Self Esteem. And thus you must understand the definition of both these levels of Self Esteem.
What is Low Self Esteem? - When we are Dependent on External Situations and People to make us Feel Positive (Happy, Secured, Satisfied, Loved, Confident), that's Low Self Esteem.
What is High Self Esteem? - When we are able to Feel Positive about ourselves, irrelevant of what we have or don't, irrelevant of who loves us or does not, that's a sign of High Self Esteem.
Law of Attraction does not work in our favor when we have a Low Self Esteem. But LOA works in full speed when we have a High Self Esteem. And if we are unable to attract something (which will happen) we still continue to vibrate with Positive Emotions because of our High Self Esteem. As a result we are able to handle failures and attract success inspite of it.
So how we create a High Self Esteem? - Here are 5 simple Action Steps to improve your Self Esteem:
- Self Esteem Affirmation - Morning and Night keep your right hand on your Heart and say "I Love Myself the way I am, irrelevant of what I have or don't, I Deserve to be Happy irrelevant of who loves me or not.
- Mirror Exercise - At-least once in a day you MUST look in your eyes in the Mirror and say "I Love You, I will always keep you Happy because I Love You."
- Spend Time with Yourself - At-least 5 mins everyday, spend time alone with yourself. Make yourself, your own Best Friend.
- Do What Makes You Happy - Love yourself by doing what you Love to do, do whatever it takes to make yourself Happy.
- Stop Doing what you Don't Like to do - Do your best to reduce doing things that you don't like or things you hate. Stop doing things just to make others happy or to look good in other people's eyes.

Gratitude
I practice immense Gratitude for everything that i have in my life, ….this beautiful nature, the rising sun, chirping birds, fresh air, food that my mother cooks for me, love and care that my parents give me, the support my wife gives me, for my work and many more things. Feeling appreciated, blessed and happy makes our life more colorful and worthy.
Have you ever thought that one simple positive attitude can change your life? Yes, it’s the Attitude of Gratitude that has magical effects on every aspect of our lives. I want you to know 4 simple ways of experiencing the Attitude of Gratitude through some examples, based on my personal experiences and some shared ones. Start with any one of these and i promise you, it will change your life, it did change my life:
1. Morning Gratitude session
Kick start your morning with some positive thoughts and kind words. Take out few minutes to think of the good things and people you are thankful to. You will be surprised how easily you will find a big list of people and situations to thank and feel grateful. How amazing to start your day this way, right!
2. Be grateful for the difficult times
There is no denying that we all have difficult times, when we are stressed from personal problems, workplace and other social issues. We bust out our frustration and anger by yelling at someone, especially at someone who’s very close. Instead of this express gratitude for the difficult times. Look back in your life and you will realize your difficult times have only made you stronger and better everytime. So next time you face a problem, just start with saying “Thank You”
3. In critical tragedy, be grateful for the life you still have
I met several people saying that their life is very miserable, full of problems and struggles. But honestly speaking we all have problems, but complaining and feeling self-pity is not the solution. The solution is to focus on what you have and feel blessed & grateful because you will attract what you think of most.
4. Stop thinking of what others have, be grateful for what you have
It’s a very common human behavior to look at the achievements of others and feel jealous, leading to downgrade all what they have. You start moaning about your job calling it not-your-dream job, the car you drive isn’t that luxurious, your friends have better gadgets than yours and so on… But, you forget about those billions of people living in worse situations than yours, the people with no shelter, food and clothes, people who don’t have a job and are finding it very hard to fulfill their basic necessities.
Just think about those people and their lives, and be thankful for all the things you have in your life.

Law of Attraction – How it Works?
I have been practicing the Law of Attraction for years and successfully manifested many of my dreams into reality. I am talking about the success, joy, healthy relationships, loving family, desired job and every little thing that make my life more beautiful and worthy.
Today, I want to share with you the exact process of applying Law of Attraction so it would help you also turn your dreams into a beautiful reality. I have personally been using this process for more than 10 years now and reaped magical results from it.
Now it’s your turn to practice and master this magical law of attraction. There are 3 exact steps that you must follow:
- Clarity – One of the major reasons why people are not able to apply the LOA is because they are not clear what they want to attract. The LOA is like a Genie who will never use his own brain to give you something, but if you ask for something clearly & specifically, it will give that to you. So first thing is to write down exactly what you want.
- Visualize – Now you must close your eyes and visualize that you already have what you want. See yourself celebrating in a party talking with excitement and dancing with celebration. Make the visualization clear, loud and exaggerate it. Because only when you exaggerate, it will generate some emotions which will start the attraction for you.
- Feel Grateful & Forget it – Now just say Thank you, feel grateful as if you have already got this and just forget about it. We truly feel grateful and say “Thank God” only when we get something, thus it is important to generate those emotions of gratitude to attract your dreams. Secondly you must forget it and get to work, because constantly thinking about the goal makes you tensed which can & will go against your desired attraction.
The best time to practice this law of attraction process is first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Using it consistently is the key to creating the vibrations required to attract your goals.
