The Ho'oponopono Healing Code
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice built on four phrases: I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. This book shows you how to use them every day — to let go of old hurts, stop carrying blame, and bring more calm to your relationships, your work and the way you think about money.
Step-by-step scripts. Real student stories. A practice you can start tonight.
You’ve Done the Work. So Why Do the Same Feelings Return?
Maybe you’ve read the books, tried affirmations, attended workshops. You feel better for a while — and then the same reactions, the same arguments, the same worries about money come back. Often that’s because we work on the surface while old memories and beliefs stay untouched underneath.
What usually happens
- We change our words, but old feelings stay underneath
- We blame ourselves, or blame others
- We need the right mood, belief or visualisation to begin
- Relief fades within weeks
What Ho'oponopono offers
- A gentle way to clean old memories and hurts, not just the thoughts on top
- 100% responsibility as a source of peace, not guilt
- Four simple phrases you can say anytime, anywhere
- A short daily practice you can keep for life
Four Words. One Daily Practice.
Ho'oponopono (hoh-oh-poh-noh-poh-noh) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. In its modern form, you take responsibility for what you feel, and gently “clean” old memories, inherited beliefs and unresolved hurts by repeating four phrases. You don’t need to analyse the past or relive it. You simply practice — and notice how you begin to respond differently.
Students use these four phrases to soften old resentments, feel calmer in difficult conversations, and approach money with less fear. This book shows you exactly how, one situation at a time.
What Students Notice When They Practice
These are personal experiences shared by our students. Everyone’s journey is different.
“Someone owed me money for a long time, and I was angry every day. Ho'oponopono taught me to bless him instead of blaming him. The anger left me — I felt free.”
VibhorPlatinum Member“I don’t believe in these things. I believe in science. But after one session I felt deeply relaxed and lighter than I had in years.”
MansiHealer Certification Student“I did it only for my own feelings about his career. Later, the stuck, heavy feeling I carried had gone from 8 to almost zero.”
KirtiHealer Certification Student“My flat had been unsold for a year and a half and I was anxious all the time. Practicing every day, I stopped worrying and started feeling at peace with it.”
RoopaHo'oponopono Student“I now practice Love Ponopono before bed. I wake up feeling fresh and calm within myself.”
